Live Vibe: Juices!

Pumpkin-Apple Juice!

So sweet, you can serve it as dessert!

Gather, wash and cut ingredients to run through the juicer.

For two 12 oz. to 14 oz. servings:
  • About a quarter of a medium pumpkin, seeds removed (no need to remove skin)
  • 2 organic apples
Juice away!

  • Burdock root (about 4 inches or a thumb-sized root)
  • 1-2 stalks of organic celery
  • firm pears or more apples
  • small amount of fresh organic ginger root
